Recently found Spinware in Corvallis. Had a battery issue with my laptop and Justin was able to solve the problem in a couple of minutes. No charge because it was an easy fix. I thought I was going to have to buy a new battery, so he saved me a ton of money. Really appreciate Justin's knowledge and useful tips he shared. After walking by the shop and seeing the sign, I decided to stop by and ask the gentleman behind the counter if my phone needed a new charging port or was just dirty. They looked at the port, pulled out a tool, cleaned it and vacuumed it out. My phone would have the charging cord fall out if you so much as breathed on it. So many charging issues with my phone for almost a year. Fixed in 2 minutes and was told no charge since it was so fast. I have some other things I need to get fixed on my phone, and I'm absolutely going here for any issues I have. I can totally understand why spinware has such a high rating. Thank you folks so very much!

I had a great experience with Spinware. My iPhone 13 screen blacked out a couple months after being cracked. They replaced it in 20 minutes and the phone is working as good as new.

My husband took my laptop in to get the broken hinge fixed. They quoted him a reasonable price, the part arrived on time, and they were very knowledgeable and communicative with us throughout the whole process. Once the part arrived, they got it fixed quickly and had the laptop back to us within the same day looking and working like new! We are very glad to have this service available to us here in Corvallis, especially as it saves us having to drive to Albany or even Portland. Highly recommend contacting this shop if you have tech repair needs!
