  i got my iphone11 fixed here and they did a absolute amazing job the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful and she was really nice. My camera and my screen on my front and back of my phone were damaged and they made it look better than when i first got the phone! and their prices are amazing for all the hard work they put in i definitely recommend this place if you need a screen or electronic fixed. also have cute phone cases

  Great, friendly, knowledgeable service at Albany Spinware. Simon, Roman, and Sarah were all very helpful. I was an admittedly pain in the neck customer; I changed my mind after buying a refurbished phone just because I liked my old one better. They happily refunded me. They replaced the batteries in our two older phones and they work great and probably will for a couple more years.

  My husband went in to get a new case for my phone and screen protectors for both of our phones. The employees were welcoming and very helpful. They did a fantastic job applying our screen protectors and over all we had a really nice time. Great place to go for phone needs.

  I am very grateful to this shop. I've had two major phone situations that could have been way worse and way more expensive than they ended up being. 🙏🏼 The last one in particular, my screen broke and they were the only place that had one on hand and were able to fit me in right before they closed for the weekend. If it wasn't for the owner, Simeon, I would have had to go without a phone for quite while. Which would have sucked, especially for my business. And I paid at least $100 less than I would have paid anywhere else. Thanks Simeon!!! Just FYI, they will match any competitors pricing. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES

  I recently brought in an external hard drive to this location, hoping to get it repaired. I explained at check-in that the hard drive wouldn’t boot or stay on, and I was told I’d receive a call when the diagnostic was complete. However, I didn’t hear back and had to follow up myself, only to be informed that I’d need a "specialist" to repair because it wouldn't boot or turn on, which would be costly. This was disappointing, as I had already told them that it wouldn't boot or start when I first brought the drive in. On top of that, I was charged a diagnostic fee, but it wasn’t clear if the hard drive had even been thoroughly examined. I ended up looking up a solution on YouTube and managed to fix the issue myself. While I initially wanted to support a local repair store, this experience was far from positive. For comparison, I used to go to the Corvallis location, where the tech (Justin) provided excellent service and handled my business computers with great care. Unfortunately, my experience at this location left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
